2 and a half weeks until they can book you in and, $240 just to get them here before they even start looking at it! You be the judge... I think Rinnai need to find a new agent.

I called Greenstar after our residential plumber discovered a leak in our gas fireplace. From the first booking phone call to the completion of the job Greenstar were fantastic. I had the misfortune of being forced to deal with this company through a Rinnai warranty claim. Although the claim was approved it never went ahead.Their technician twice didn’t show up wasting my time.

Awesome service from Greenstar from start to finish. Quickly booked in and the technician (Ben) turned up on time and sorted out the issue with our Brivis heating system. It was hard to find someone to repair it but these guys are the experts. Thanks.
